Alex Warzee is a leader in our Private Equity, Enterprise Technology and Ops VC practices.
Alex has more than 18 years of experience in management consulting. In his role at Bain, Alex spends most of his time leading due diligence and post-acquisition assignments for financial investors. He has worked across a range of sectors leading diligence and value creation/strategy work within enterprise software, with notable expertise in healthcare IT, cybersecurity, and supply chain risk management.
Alex has led over 150 commercial due diligence's and transformation programs in Europe, North America, and APAC.
Prior to joining Bain, Alex earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Mines Paris (France).
Alex is fluent in English and French.
