A.J. Koss

A.J. is a member of our Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices. He has worked with some of the largest financial services firms in the world, leading transformations of their enterprise technology organizations. His work primarily focuses on operating model design and performance improvement.

In addition to his work with our clients, A.J. is a leader in Bain's Armed Forces affinity group, Veterans at Bain. He is also a leader in the Atlanta office's local impact efforts.

Prior to joining Bain, A.J. was a Captain in the U.S. Army, serving as an infantry officer for eight years. He holds a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.
