Adam Papania advises corporate and investor clients across Advanced Manufacturing & Services, with emphasis on commercial aviation and energy. He has deep expertise in strategy, supply chain, and commercial due diligence.

An expert in sustainability, Adam has a strong focus on helping companies adjust their strategies and investments to meet future energy transitions in their industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked for 3B Scientific, with roles in product management and supply chain in the US and China.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as a BS in physics and a BA in English literature, cum laude, from the University of Dallas.
