"Bain & Company was a great example of a place that was trying to be more diverse and is still trying to be more diverse," Bevans said. "But it has always been open to different perspectives, different styles, and different types of people."

Bevans hosts a podcast, "Beyond the Bio," where different employees at Bain share their stories and the work they do at the firm. The goal is to get their perspective on who they are and their work.
