Wooseok Shin

Wooseok Shin is a leader of Bain’s Financial practice in Korea, as well as an active contributor to the firm's Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Bain Omnichannel Strategy and Digital practices and a key member of the Retail practice.

Since joining Bain in 2016, Wooseok has served several Korean and international leading companies in finance, retail and healthcare on a wide range of topics, including mid- and long-term growth strategy, business portfolio strategy, digital transformation strategy and omnichannel strategy.

Prior to joining Bain, Wooseok developed more than 10 years of consulting experience with another global consulting firm.

He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Seoul National University.
