Tony Gomes

Tony Gomes is a member of our Digital, Enterprise Technology and Advanced Analytics practices.

His expertise is in shaping and delivering large-scale customer, data and technology-led business transformation programs. He drives top and bottom line performance, working at the intersection of business and technology.

Tony works with C-levels on many topics including digital, technology and data strategy/transformation. He also specializes in greenfield tech-led companies setup, digital platforms architecture, cost optimization, new operating models and workforce/culture transformation.

Prior to Bain, Tony led the technology strategy & advisory business in Southeast Asia for another global management consulting firm. He also co-founded a start-up platform to solve data governance issues, acquired in 2022 by a multi-billion dollar US company.

Tony holds a Master of Science from the Mines-Telecom Institut and business & analytics executive educations from INSEAD and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

After working in North America and Europe for numerous years, Tony has been living in Asia since 2014.
