TJ Kozy is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.

He has deep experience advising senior executives on complex issues related to strategy, growth and innovation, performance improvement, business transformation, and operating model design. TJ works with clients from a range of healthcare sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, and services.

Prior to joining us, TJ was a partner in another top consulting firm's healthcare strategy practice, focusing on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Molecular Biology from Colgate University.
