Tessa Strong

Tessa Strong is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.

Over more than a decade with us, Tessa has worked with a mix of global corporate clients and PE portfolio companies across healthcare, technology and consumer-oriented businesses. She focuses on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology spheres across both Europe and North America.

Tessa’s key engagements have involved growth strategy development, customer experience, and transformation and change management.

Apart from her client work, she is the Nordic Champion for both Women at Bain and New Ways of Working. She also supports our Nordic MBA recruiting efforts.

Tessa previously held R&D and business development roles in industry within the stem cell and regenerative medicine sector.

She earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in biology and commerce from the University of British Columbia.
