Stephanie Yee

Stephanie Yee is a member of our Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.

An expert in pricing, change management and commercial excellence, Stephanie leads the global commercialization efforts for our Commercial Excellence solution and supports sales and pricing client engagements across industries. Her current work also spans enterprise-wide transformation, organization and operating model design.

Prior to joining us in 2019, Stephanie was the Vice President of Transformation for Sysco, where she led an effort to reimagine and reinvent the company’s commercial pricing approach, improving customer experience and delivering step-change sales growth.

Stephanie earned a BBA in Business Operations and Information Management from Texas A&M University.

In her personal time, she enjoys cooking and baking, as well as exercising, reading, art, travel and music.

She lives in the greater Houston area with her two children.
