Rob is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice with 10 years experience. He has worked with many of the top healthcare companies across biopharma, medtech, and life sciences. His work focuses primarily on customer strategy, commercial excellence, and organizational transformations. His case portfolio also includes multiple due diligences for both corporate and private equity clients.
During the outset of Covid, Rob helped advise life science clients to rapidly develop and scale production of new diagnostic tests and lab supplies to combat the spread of disease. The work helped a key client scale from zero to 10M+ Covid test shipments per week and establish a new business unit with ~$6B in annual sales.
Rob received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a bachelors in biomedical engineering and economics from Harvard University. He is also a key contributor to Bain's environmental social impact work, helping co-author a whitepaper with The Nature Conservancy on forest restoration in the western US.
In his personal time, Rob is an avid outdoor enthusiast and adventure traveler, enjoying hiking, running, cycling, and skiing. He lives in Portland, OR with his wife.
