Pear is a member of our Financial Services and Retail practices in Southeast Asia.
She has worked with multiple leading regional banks across full potential strategy and digital transformation. In retail, she has supported top regional retailers on business building, performance improvement, full-potential strategy, and post-merger integration.
Beyond client work, Pear plays an active role in developing our talent as the class captain for Bangkok’s Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant cohorts. She also leads Women at Bain (WAB) efforts in the Bangkok office, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Before joining Bain, Pear spent five years at a leading retailer and fintech company in Thailand, working with senior executives on various M&A opportunities and corporate strategy. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Outside of work, she has a passion for cooking and enjoys experimenting as an amateur chef.
