Paolo Cerini is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, with a particular focus on the aerospace & defence and construction, EPC and building products sectors.
He has worked with several A&D prime contractors and tier 1/ tier 2 players as well as with Global EPC players, spanning a wide range of cases: strategy, operating model redesign, industrial planning and turnaround.
Paolo is passionate about performance improvement and project management.
Prior to joining Bain, Paolo worked as a Project Engineering Manager for a US EPC player, dealing with both home office engineering and field construction activities in large international projects.
He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
He is married and a father of 5 kids.
