He has more than 10 years of experience across the Middle East.
Naim has led engagement with industry leaders across the Middle East focusing on banking, insurance and market infrastructure sectors. His areas of expertise cover corporate and business unit strategy, digital strategy, post-merger integration, and process optimization.
Throughout his experience at Bain, Naim has supported major banking post-merger integrations and has led the launch of banking and insurance Digital Attackers across the GCC.
Prior to joining Bain, Naim earned his MBA from INSEAD business school, he also holds a master's in finance from Grenoble Business School and a BBA from the American University in Beirut.
