Monica is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions and Media & Entertainment practices.
She has more than 5 years of consulting experience with us. Most of her work has been supporting companies through complex, transformational changes, primarily merger integrations, mainly in the media & entertainment and retail space. She also served as a merger integration practice area director, developing new IP for the practice.
In addition to her client work, she is the Co-Deputy Chair for our Familia at Bain affinity group and an active member of Women at Bain.
Prior to joining us, Monica worked for 5+ years in investment banking, advising clients in the U.S. and LATAM in M&A transactions and supporting the bank's internal investment banking strategy.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School.
