Melody Wen

Melody Wen is a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

During her 10 years of consulting experience, Melody's work has focused on different healthcare sectors in China, including medtech, pharma, CRO/CDMOs, providers, and payers.

She is an expert on full potential and transformations for multinational clients, commercial excellence, dynamic scenario planning under regulatory uncertainties. Additionally, she has also led multiple projects in post-merger integration, covering pre communication, post-merger stabilization, and synergy realization

She holds a master's degree in management and a bachelor's degree in economics, both from Tsinghua University.
