Marzio Forlini is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Consumer Products and Private Equity practices.

Since joining us in 2010, Marzio has advised clients across industries on supply chain management, manufacturing optimization and Lean Six Sigma, as well as operational due diligence. He is also deeply versed in turnaround strategy and organizational design.

He previously served as a consultant for another top firm.

Marzio holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, as well as an M.Sc. in management engineering and a B.S. in computer science engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
