Mark Capeless

Mark
Mark Capeless is a practice vice president based in our Chicago office. He is an expert in our Transformation, Performance Improvement and Social Impact practices. He is also the founder of the ARC platform, our program management software used to support transformations.
Prior to joining Bain in 2012, he worked as a CPA for a Big 4 accounting firm.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a master’s degree from Dartmouth College and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics from the University of Richmond.
Mark enjoys traveling, yoga and spending time with his wife and two children.
