Luigi has more than 13 years of consulting experience with Bain. He advises clients on issues ranging from strategy to operations across all retail sectors within EMEA.

Luigi holds deep expertise in topics including category management, pricing and promotions, store operations, supply chain, post-merger integration as well as customer and omnichannel strategy.

He is well versed in logistic optimization and footprint review, cost reduction, category optimization programs, store format and brand portfolio optimization, route-to-market redesign and due diligence .

His core sectors of expertise include grocery, discounters, department and apparel specialty stores, furniture and perfumery, as well as consumer electronics.

Luigi holds a degree in Business Administration from ESCP Europe and an MBA from INSEAD.
