Lorenzo Ruggieri leads the Innovation & Design team for the Milan office, covering the entire SEMEA market. He is a member of the leadership team of Innovation & Design EMEA, and for Vector Italy.
Through the development of various products and services in the physical and digital fields, he has achieved a deep understanding of omnichannel issues.
Leveraging his experience as an Entrepreneur and a Strategic Designer, he guides our clients in the redesign and evolution of both the Customer Experience and the introduction of new business models.
He regularly deals with the development of the Digital Innovation Hub in Milan, renewing and expanding its range of services and opportunities.
Prior to joining Bain, Lorenzo worked at H-FARM.
He holds a degree from the Politecnico di Milano, where he also teaches.
