Katharina Kaupke

Katharina Kaupke is a member of our Consumer Products and Retail practices.

She has more than 10 years of experience advising clients in food and beverage, grocery, and other industries. Her work primarily concerns performance improvement (cost reduction, complexity reduction, supply chain) and organizational redesign.

Katharina holds a PhD in business (Dr.rer.oec.) from the Technical University of Berlin, a Master of Science in International Business from HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
