Julien Bet

Julien Bet is an expert within the firm's Financial Services practice.

With almost 15 years of experience in advising financial companies, Julien supports key players in CIB, retail banking and insurance across France and Europe.

He is deeply versed in growth strategy, large transformation programs, performance improvement and customer experience. He has also co-authored reference studies about French customers' behavior in the retail banking market.

Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Julien worked for another consulting firm.

He is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris.
