Jennifer Rybak Kiernan

Jennifer Rybak Kiernan is a member of our Performance Improvement, Retail, and Consumer Products practices.

Since joining Bain in 2010, Jennifer has developed deep expertise in advising clients on their strategic and operational challenges, with experience in procurement, supply chain, complexity management, and organizational redesign in both business-as-usual and merger contexts.

She has deep expertise in supporting clients through large-scale transformations and change management efforts across a number of industries.

Jennifer holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Amherst College.

In addition to her client work, Jennifer is actively involved in Bain’s recruiting efforts and Moms@Bain. She is also on the Board of Directors for Inspire, Inc. In her personal time, Jennifer enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband Joe and their two children.
