Fritz Jaeger is a member of our Performance Improvement practice and supports clients across industries on multi-year transformation programs.
Over the course of his career, including more than 15 years in Asia and nine years with our firm, Fritz has advised executive teams on strategy, M&A, operating model, performance improvement, zero-based redesign/ zero-based budgeting, and procurement. He is especially well-versed in managing and driving large-scale transformations, as well as change management.
Prior to joining us, Fritz served several roles in the manufacturing sector. He holds an MBA from IMD, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
