He works with leading consumer goods companies in the beauty, personal care, and food and beverage sectors. His expertise spans corporate and business unit strategy, with a particular focus on commercial excellence, brand growth, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His case portfolio includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds.
Prior to joining us, Francesco was a Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer (now Kenvue), where he led consumer healthcare brands across the Southern European region. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
