Federico Capiaghi is a member of our Consumer Products and Strategy practices.
He has served leading multinational and local PE-backed clients across a wide range of sectors, including soft drinks, wine and spirits, hot beverages, confectionery, bakery, snacking, personal care, and Over-the-counter (OTC) products.
His case portfolio is rich in strategy reviews, value creation plans, and inorganic initiatives (M&A strategy and business due diligence), contributing to a few transformational M&As in the Consumer Products landscape.
Federico also has deep expertise in consumer-led brand growth strategy and commercial excellence programs (contributing to Revenue Growth Management IP), route-to-market redesign on both home and away from home channels, and enterprise management system redesign. More recently, Federico has developed solid expertise in leveraging the agile approach, speeding up the launch of new products with a strong consumer-centric approach.
Prior to joining us, Federico worked in sales and marketing at L'Oréal and graduated summa laude from the Politecnico di Milano with an MSc in Bio-medical engineering.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, reading a good book, watching movies and going for long runs. He also has a particular interest in Ancient Greek literature and art.
