Eric Ballu-Samuel

Eric is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing and Services (AMS) and Performance Improvement (PI) practices.

During his time at Bain, he has scaled full potential programs including diagnostic, strategy design, deployment in BUs/regions, and implementation monitoring with RDO. He has also been involved in new business design: equity story, positioning, products, core capabilities, operating model, business plan.

Outside of his role at Bain, he is involved in the Paris Recruiting Ring Fence and is Paris Pre-ACT program manager. He is also Sciences-Po Paris school captain where he been teaching Strategy to Masters students since 2016.

Prior to Bain, Eric founded an e-commerce startup offering subscriptions to baby products deliveries.

Eric graduated from Sciences-Po Paris.
