Damian Stephenson

Damian Stephenson is an expert in Bain's Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices.

He joined Bain Australia in 2007 and spent six years in the Chicago office.

Damian specializes in technology-led performance improvement and transformation, particularly in financial services (insurers and retail banks). 

In addition to client work, Damian is heavily involved in recruiting and people development and leads associate consultant recruiting for all Australian offices.

Prior to Bain, Damian worked in a variety of roles in financial services and IT. He spent three years working at a large Australian full service retail bank, ran his own technology consulting business and worked in sales for a technology start-up. 

Damian studied Business Information Technology as a Co-Op Scholar at The University of New South Wales and completed his MBA at Kellogg.
