Charles Lambert is a expert in our Performance Improvement practice.

A transformation specialist, Charles is highly adept in sustained cost transformation, procurement transformation, contact center & support function optimization. 

His chief case work includes the transformation of a major APAC integrated logistics provider, which yielded >$100M sustainable benefits and turnaround unprofitable assets.

Prior to joining us, Charles worked in private equity consulting for another top firm, as well as in strategy and M&A for plane and train maker Bombardier.

He holds a Master of Economic History from the London School of Economics and a BBA in Economics and Management from HEC Montréal.

A proud father of three, Charles is an enthusiastic home cook in his personal time.
