Charles de Vergnes

Charles de Vergnes is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

He has worked with many of the major European energy, utilities and industrial firms. His work primarily surrounds corporate and business unit strategy, M&A (including flagship post-merger integration projects) and transformational programs such as zero-base-redesigns.

Beyond his client work, Charles is a member of our recruiting team and mobilizes Bain teams on initiatives in the fight against pediatric cancer.

Before joining consulting, he was a project engineer for a leading utility company and graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France.

In his personal time, Charles is a passionate sailor and father of three.
