Share your journey to Bain.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering in Spain and began my career at General Electric. There, I had the chance to work with various teams and discovered my passion for data analysis. This led me to transition into analytics, focusing on building predictive models. Later, I moved to the food industry with Kellogg's Company, where I developed a forecasting model for the entire Mexico region. Seeking to explore different industries and diverse projects, I decided to join Bain.

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

After spending about five years in the industry, I sought a more dynamic environment where I could be exposed to various industries and projects. I decided to explore consulting and found Bain to be a promising fit. I was impressed by the positive feedback about Bain's culture, particularly the motto "A Bainie Never Lets Another Bainie Fail." I began the application process, received an offer, and now, three years later, I am confident that it was the right decision.
