Andrea Marinelli is an expert in our Financial Services practice. He specializes in advising financial services clients on growth strategy, operational excellence, new product range development, and cost excellence. His sector expertise includes commercial banking, insurance, and bancassurance (financial products, personal and property protection, retirement), asset management, and PFAs.
Over the past decade, he has also developed deep NPE experience, supporting both Italian and EU banking institutions in evolving their deleverage platforms the introduction of advanced clusterization and workload management; the turnaround of recovery platforms; the redefinition and implementation of NPL servicing strategy; value-based planning and reporting metrics and tools; and NPL portfolio management.
He holds a degree from Università Bocconi.
