Adam Cox

Adam Cox is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

He has led multiple large-scale technology transformation programs across industrial businesses, healthcare and financial services. Adam has a particular focus on strategy, operating model and systems modernization, helping organizations to make step-change improvements in their technology effectiveness (for example, helping one client improve the NPS of technology by > 50 points in 12 months).

Beyond his client work, Adam is the leader of our Texas Social Impact program where he helps support pro bono and volunteer efforts across the state. He is heavily involved in Bain's work supporting public education and serves on the Board of Uplift Education.

In his personal time, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, cooking and building things.
