You’ll also meet representatives from our "Women at Bain" initiative, who are dedicated to supporting and empowering women in their careers and professional growth at Bain.The first highlight of our journey: a soft skills training. An external trainer will help you with useful tips and practical exercises to improve your confidence and become aware of your own potential. What you learn about networking can be directly applied at the evening dinner. Take the opportunity to meet our Bainies over delicious food and ask them about their career paths.New day, new content: Friday morning will be dedicated to a walking tour, where we will get to know strong women in Munich. After a lunch break, we’ll dive into the world of case cracking, where you’ll step into the role of a Bain consultant and help the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) develop their global funding strategy through 2025.
