Asian at Bain (AAB) is a vibrant community providing support, resources, mentorship and connectivity among Bain professionals of Asian and Asian American descent. Our mission is to ensure that talented Asian professionals thrive in long-term careers at Bain. AAB provides tailored support for our members, including mentorship and programming offering pathways for success inside Bain.
A core piece of our commitment to Diverse Teams, One Bain
Bain has been investing in diverse and inclusive teams since our founding. Our earliest affinity groups started informally over 30 years ago and since then we have expanded into a wide range of activities and events to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Asian at Bain provides members a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within Asian at Bain, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share about the diversity of Asian at Bain cultures with the broader firm.
