WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Enterprise Technology is the Bain Practice responsible for defining the intellectual property, marketing and commercializing Bain’s approach to technology strategy, transformation, and operations. Enterprise Technology is a part of the Vector team and works closely with the AI, Insights and Services Practices to support our clients with all elements of their digital transformations. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems help companies manage functions ranging from supply chain to finance and human resources. Many companies are now migrating their ERP to newer, more modern systems. These migrations are multi-year, complex and expensive and a high proportion fail to achieve ambition. Bain’s ET practice helps clients beat the odds by anchoring the transformation on value (vs. a system upgrade), right-sizing the ERP, investing in business integration (i.e. process redesign, change management, sponsorship spine) to maximize impact and engaging with vendors to increase accountability and drive results.
