Department and Role Overview
EMEA Recruiting Operations is a part of a global team and collaborates closely with Bain offices across the EMEA region.
As a member of the EMEA Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, the Analyst is the content and reporting expert for consulting recruiting data. The Analyst plays an important role within the Ops CoE Data and Analytics team, responsible for leading operations analytics and developing dashboards to share findings, insights and recommendations.
The role is based in Warsaw and we are working hybrid (your regular presence in the office will be required).
Responsibilities:
- Operations Center of Excellence Analytics (80%)
- Maintain regular reporting of critical dashboards to ensure high quality processes and decision making across offices
- Lead zero-defect analytics to enable teams across the region to make data driven decisions; examples of analytics include funnel metrics, offer yields, competitor win rates, DEI data cuts, event attendance and tracking against targets
- Optimize existing reports and develop new dashboards that effectively communicate findings, insights and recommendations
- Share findings and recommendations with office teams, regional team and leadership, suggesting approaches to recruiting questions and further analyses
- Conduct bespoke analysis as needed to answer senior leadership strategic questions
- Collaborate with external vendors as required to gather data, conduct analysis and/or implement new recruiting tools/approaches
- Data integrity and ad hoc analysis (20%)
- Lead additional ad hoc analysis to support Talent Acquisition teams
- Proactively identify ways to improve data integrity within Avature
- Provide expertise and guidance related to ATS reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum BA degree
- 2-3 years of data analysis experience in a business environment
- Strong analytic and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to utilize complex data sets to generate insights
- Ability to synthesize analysis, drive insights and recommend next steps
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative on multi-faceted projects/responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization with a high level of professionalism
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and balance demands
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluent English (at least at C1 level)
