Join guest host Daniel Yellin for a 3-part series called Inflection Points, where we talk with guests who share some of the decision points at impactful times of their careers and how they’re navigating personally and professionally.

This episode, Daniel reconnects with Diego Verastegui, an expert associate partner in innovation based in Austin, and Harry Brennan, a senior manager based in Sydney, who were all on the same Leadership Development Training (LDT) team in May 2023. LDT is a week-long training for newly appointed managers across Bain offices and talent groups who are taught how to lead and prepare for success in their new role. Diego, the trainer of the group, shares insight into why LDT and all of Bain trainings are so important as our people go up in tenure. Harry, a trainee on the team, shares his experience connecting with Daniel and all of the managers during his time at training, and gives insight into how he’s preparing for his next training as a senior manager.
