In this webinar, the authors of the Global Diamond Industry 2012 report discuss the state of the world diamond market, which continues to recover from the financial crisis of 2008. Retail sales of diamonds totaled $71 billion in 2011 and demand is likely to remain firm, especially in the key markets of India, China and the US. However, several short- to medium-term risks could cloud this outlook, according to the report, which was a collaboration between Bain & Company and the Antwerp World Diamond Centre.
