Since a young age, François Faelli has been passionate about capabilities that can combat the world's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges. Moved by his grandmother's inability to gain a higher education due to financial hardship, his university studies on human rights and global trade, and diving into the global food system during his time at Bain, it was a no-brainer for François to accept becoming the firm's first Worldwide Managing Partner of ESG when the opportunity arose.

Today, François is on a mission to impact the world through ESG at Bain by helping our clients face the increasing demand around sustainability, DEI, and social impact. Listen to François not only share his journey to Bain, but why he's so passionate about the work we're doing around ESG.
