Tina Radabaugh is the Head of our Americas Strategy and Transformation practice. She is a member of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources, Utilities & Renewables, Performance Improvement and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices. She also holds deep expertise in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Tina has more than 18 years of management consulting experience, helping clients to develop and implement competitive, sustainable growth strategies as well as dramatically improve operational performance. On growth, she has led significant consulting efforts in the areas of market growth and new capability development, competitive analysis and M&A. On performance improvement, she has deep expertise in operational efficiency redesign, sustained cost reduction, operating model design and performance management.

Within the utilities sector, Tina has led operational improvement efforts with a focus in the transmission and distribution operations businesses. She specializes in field force operations and broad work management efficiencies across utilities, telecommunications and related industries.

Tina has served virtually all leading US aerospace and defense companies at the prime contractor level, as well as many prominent Tier One and Tier Two suppliers globally. She has experience across a broad array of industry domains including the commercial aviation, military defense and space segments.

Tina holds additional expertise across a range of industries, including consumer products, technology, telecommunications and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Bain in 2004, Tina was a senior manager at another global consulting firm. She also worked in finance and business development for Raytheon (formerly Hughes Aircraft Company) in Southern California.

Tina earned an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree with honors in business and economics from UCLA.
