He has more than two decades of management consulting experience across the comprehensive healthcare sphere, spanning pharma, medtech, manufacturers, payers, providers, distributors and services. He has helped clients address corporate growth strategy, digital capabilities, sales, marketing, licensing, M&A and supply chain.

His foremost client engagements have included:

  • The turnaround of a biopharma portfolio company for a global private equity investor.

In addition to his work with corporate clients, Tim has led numerous diligence efforts for healthcare private equity funds.

Prior to joining us, Tim spent more than a decade as a research scientist.  He has published more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature, Proceedings of the National Academy of Science and The Journal of Biological Chemistry. He is the inventor of two patents covering four human genes and has presented his research at diverse international symposia.

He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as well as both a Ph.D. and B.Sc. in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Alberta. He conducted his post-doctoral fellowship at Duke University and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in the laboratory of Dr. Robert J. Lefkowitz, the 2012 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry.
