Thea Guilland is a member of our Leadership & Talent practice. She has a passion for aligning people to results missions through executive coaching, leadership development, change management and talent assessment & acquisition to deliver organizational outcomes.
She supports our clients’ executive teams in increasing their effectiveness to inspire the broader organization to deliver results in the context of major corporate transformations (including operating model, cost, and innovation), as new CEOs onboard or leadership teams are being formed. Thea also helps our clients to distill the critical talent strategy elements to make key people choices to allow them to reach their goals.
In the last decade at Bain, she has led talent strategy innovation by setting up globally the Bain Advisor Network, a community of Advisors working with Bain. Earlier she established the Bain Executive Network in APAC, providing career coaching to senior executives.
She has experience in talent advisory, executive search, and earlier in investment banking within mergers & acquisitions and in change management consulting in Asia Pacific and EMEA.
Thea is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified by the International Coaching Federation. She earned a Master in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, an Executive MBA from The University of Michigan Business School and a Master of Science in International Business from The Helsinki School of Economics.
