With more than 12 years of management consulting experience, Sushil has served clients across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, advising them on a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, consumer goods, and industrial goods and services.

He holds extensive expertise in performance improvement, sustained cost transformation, zero-based re-design (ZBR), supply management, procurement, logistics, and advanced analytics.

Sushil earned an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.
