Steffen Dempfle

Steffen Dempfle is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices. He has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting and industrial services.

Steffen specializes in advising industrial goods and services companies on designing and delivering value creation programs and large-scale transformations. He has advised public, family and PE-owned firms on optimizing operational processes, production sites, corporate efficiency programs, and growth-driven strategies.

He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University Munich and an MBA from INSEAD.
