Shivika Mansata

Shivika Mansata is a member of our Consumer Products practice, with a strong focus on performance improvement, strategy, growth acceleration, portfolio management, market-entry, supply chain optimization, and M&A.

Shivika's key areas of expertise include RTM and portfolio transformation, market entry, global strategy, category strategy, supply chain optimization, post-merger integration, revenue and cost transformation, and turnaround strategy.

Apart from her case work, she is actively involved in Bain's People Council, overseeing the welfare, assessment, and development of the consultant cohort in Singapore.

Before Bain, Shivika worked in the development space including the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington, D.C. Additionally, she worked at Bridge International Academiesas in Nairobi, Kenya as an associate manager in Business Operations/Strategy, supporting the management of the world's largest chain of low-cost, for-profit primary schools across multiple countries.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergrad degree from Singapore Management University.
