Salomon Pedersen is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.
He has almost 10 years of experience working with many of the leading Nordic and European industrial companies, including within various machinery applications, renewable energy, commercial vehicles, warehouse automation and metals.
Salomon has served clients within these industries across their businesses, with a particular focus focus on Strategy, Commercial Excellence (go-to-market, pricing) and Operating Model.
Before joining us, Salomon worked in the Nordic consultancy Qvartz, that was acquired by Bain in early 2020.
Outside of client work, Salomon leads Bain's well-being and development program in the Oslo office.
He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), spending part of his academic career at Boston College (US) and University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
