Patricio Gallicchio is a member of our Financial Services practice.
He has worked with many of the most relevant financial institutions in South America, across banking, insurance and fintechs in countries such as Chile, Argentina, Perú, Colombia and Bolivia. His work primarily surrounds corporate and business unit strategy, operating model & org design and new business disruptors.
Beyond his client work, he is a leader of our Buenos Aires Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and head of its People's effort unit.
Before joining us, he was a consultant for a boutique consulting firm and graduated with honors from the Columbia Business School.
In his personal time, Patricio is a passionate golfer and is deeply involved in his two sons football teams. With Ana, they are the proud parents of a two sons (and expecting a third).
