Mike Vandenberg

Mike Vandenberg is an expert in Bain’s Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices with more than 10 years of consulting experience.

Mike advises private equity funds and other financial sponsors across the lifecycle of their investments. His work focuses on strategic and operational due diligence, as well as strategy and value creation planning for portfolio companies. He has a particular focus on healthcare investments, with deep expertise in providers, payers, and healthcare services.

Mike earned an MBA from Wharton. He also holds an BA in economics from Brown University.
