Matt Harris

Matt Harris is a member of our Performance Improvement and M&A and Divestitures practices.

He advises clients across additional capabilities, especially Results Delivery and Transformation, as well as industries, including Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Consumer Products.

While at the firm, his key achievements have included:

• Designing and implementing the full potential transformation across the global footprint for the world's leading animal feed producer;
• Leading the $3.3B merger and transformation of a client’s finance function to create the largest energy infrastructure company in North America;
• And leading a $1B merger for a major North American packaged foods company.

Apart from his client work, Matt is our BGLAD champion.

He has also worked as the VP of Corporate Strategy for Ross Stores, Inc., the Senior Advisor to the COO of AviancaTACA Limited, an aviation and aerospace consultant and an engineer.

He holds an M.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. from Northwestern University.
