Matt is a member of our Consumer Products practice and its Commercial Excellence capability.
Matt joined Bain in 2014 and has worked across a number of industries to help clients transform the way they do business through strategy and large-scale transformation efforts.
Within consumer products, Matt works with clients in the fast moving consumer goods space, with programs focusing on strategy, org & op model design, full potential transformation, and sales force acceleration.
Prior to joining Bain, Matt worked in asset management, helping to oversee high yield and multi-sector fixed income investments.
Matt received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BA in Classical Studies from Middlebury College.
